我把薪火愛心協會簡介給大衛的時候，請大衛為薪火寫幾句話，沒想到大衛不但祝福了薪火，還特別為青海的孩子寫了一些鼓勵的話。我剛看到信的時候，真不敢相信自己的眼睛，他的關心，體貼都讓我啞口無言。這幾天我們剛發放了26個小孩的獎學金，他們的父母也來了，會後這些父母紛紛來握我們的手，跟我們道謝。看著他們為他們小孩驕傲的樣子，我覺得一切的辛苦都是值得的。現在又收到大衛的信，我實在太滿足了，什麽高山症，什麽沒水沒電，什麽沒廁所，不能洗澡，沒有東西吃，一切辛苦都抛到了九霄雲外。
